Can I order a nano sim card with the same number so I can use it in my smart watch?

Sorry, you can't have two sims with the same number. A smartwatch would have it's own number or connect to the phone by bluetooth.

That's why it's called a smart watch, @Caz79 - it hits you where it smarts, in your wallet for a second contract, t'would seem ! 😉

Think I'd stick to Bluetooth, or cheaper yet, my regular wristwatch and a blood-pressure combi-meter from Lidl or similar.
