Someone else posted on here yesterday with the same problem re Amazon Music. I can give the same links here as I gave them.
Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.
Below is a link to the help and support page. You will find how to redeem your extra.
