New phone requires nano sim so went to O2 shop and got new sim. A couple of days later initiated swap via text on 29 Oct. After a few days old sim stopped working in old phone but new sim didn't work in new phone. On 1 Nov spent over 30 mins on phone with 3 different agents to be told that swap was not successful. Swap reinitiated and told it would be competed within 24 hours. Today (7 Nov) old sim is still working in old phone (have rebooted phone). Seems like there is a problem with sim swap. Any one else encountered similar problems?
