I placed an order on 1st September for a new phone on the basis that the website showed it to be in stock and would be delivered the next day.
I got all the usual flood of confirmatory emails - followed by one saying the phone was out of stock and they would order it.
20 days later - no phone - no communiation - no one to talk to.....
If this is customer service.......

Yes, that’s as good as it gets these days!
There is no live stock system so it’s the luck of the draw unfortunately.
