All of a sudden my o2 sim has stopped working.  I have tried it in another phone and zilch.  My phone says "no sim installed" as does the other phone.  I've spent the last hour going round in circles with Aura, and still no way of ordering a new SIM.  It does state in the help section - If your SIM is lost, stolen, or faulty and a + tab, which when i click on it only offers cancelling my SIM if lost or stolen!   Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh.  Clicking contact Help is no good as Aura keeps coming up.

Can anyone give me the email, or a link, to contact customer support by PC.  I don't have a land line.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Or you can pop into your local o2 store with some ID.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
