My 02 not working

Hi i bought a new iphone 5 with 02 and it arrived on Thursday. I registered on the 02 site even though i already had an account for my old pay as you go phone. I can log in on the site hoever the my 02 section is completely blank and only displays my phone number. The my 02 app also says account not found or log in details incorrect and alternates between the two messages, all details are correct. 

Any help wold be appreciated, thanks.

It may well not have been provisioned yet.

If you still can't access tomorrow your best bet is calling CS on 202 from your phone and ask them to set it up.
