I moved from o2 to Virgin on 3rd of November. However, once I've placed the new Virgin Sim in its saying I need an MCK code to unlock my phone. Wonder if anyone can please help? Kind regards

He will need some details from you in order to fix this and private messaging is the best place to do that.
