Hi there,
I moved from o2 to Virgin on 3rd of November. However, once I've placed the new Virgin Sim in its saying I need an MCK code to unlock my phone. Wonder if anyone can please help? Kind regards

Make sure you reply on the community @Robbie83 and not via the email you get.
Once you log in, at the top of the page there is an envelope icon - that takes you to the messages section and is where you need to reply.
