MCK code needed phone locked Samsung S9

Hi there,

 

I moved from o2 to Virgin on 3rd of November. However, once I've placed the new Virgin Sim in its saying I need an MCK code to unlock my phone. Wonder if anyone can please help? Kind regards

I'll ask our managers to get the MCK code for you. They won't be on until Monday so they will be sending you a private message to glean the relevant info. @Martin-O2 @lewys-gp @RafaC  can you help with this please?

Have you received and replied to the private message on this community @Robbie83  from @lewys-gp ?

It may take a week or so as the code has to be requested from Samsung.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
