Hi everyone.
First time here, hope I chose the correct board.
I've lost my phone - first time for that too.
I've no access to another mobile or landline (payphone was eating money like crazy)
Called it, answered by a female, said she knew me, started discussing arrangements to pick it up, bad connection or she went silent.
Hung up, called again, no answer.
Got my nephew to call & text numerous times, kept ringing, no reply to either, then the phone was switched off.
I have important stuff relating to a legal case and it's vital I try to get the phone back.
GPS switched off, no tracker but are O2 still able to locate my phone?
If not, how do I report it to O2 to get the phone blocked?
Thanks everyone for any help : )

Edit: If your GPS is switched off your phone can't be tracked.

Hi Jonsie
Thanks for the help but I don't have access to any phone. I was hoping to just simply chat with or e-mail Customer Service so they can block the phone.
Thanks : )
