live chat has not worked for weeks.... has this servcie been stopped.

It has been having some problems but still running as far as we are aware?

Is this extremely complex link for Live Chat a working link......I've just had this blank white page loaded for about 15 minutes without anything happening...no "your in a queue please wait" or similar message.

Yes your first link takes us to this.....which I have never used. I am wary of the 'Submit' option. Another wait I would imagine?

gives you your image Live Chat Sept.png ?......because that's not what jonsie and I get.....we see a blank white page with a blue banner heading of "O2 Live Chat"........with no detail beneath it as you've posted

Yes thats what I'm saying. On PC ...took a snip and called it Live Chat Sept...

EDIT...just tried it again and got the same image as the first one I posted..on PC using FF win 10
