Yes, Sir! I could not get through to Live Chat for a few hours for the past few nights but I have finally managed to get through to them around 2240 hours last night. I have used Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge and Safari but I could not get through to them after 1900 hours. The option to use Live Chat is simply not available until very late last night. I kept on clicking on the refresh button though.

No problem. I'm lucky as I've managed to place an order before they go offline. I believe that the person to whom I spoke to is from India. Poor soul. He had to endure my questions past 2300 hours before I made the decision to place an order.
