Hi
i have just added an international bolt on to my package for £3 a month to enable me to call France or Ireland a lot cheaper . I received a text to say the bolt on is active and in my account it’s active .
However when I dial French or Irish landline numbers with correct country codes etc etc the calls fail and are not connected .
I have tried lots of different numbers in France and Ireland and Useless .

Make sure you dont have any spend cap on the account,
