My 02 dongle only gets speeds of up to 2.8mbs.. advertised up to 300mbs, if I got even 30mbs I would be happy. This currently is unfit for purpose. I tried contacting services but they are no use. What can I do. Don't believe I should be paying a cancellation fee when I've been seeking help since the 2nd week. Now paid £30 for 1st month. Help please

Have you looked at https://status.o2.co.uk and checked for issues in your local area?

Mobile Data speeds are dependent on a lot of issues, and o2 don't guarantee a minimum speed and there are no service obligations as there is for landline based broadband.

There is nothing you can do, if you want to cancel you will need to pay all termination fees this guide will tell you how Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
