Hi,
I have sent my phone off to o2 insurance as i smashed my screen accidentally after i tripped over outside.

I'm slightly concerned as i wasnt told to put anything else with the phone so they know it is my phone.

Should i be worried about this?

DPD will be able to track it to your local pharmacy. You just need to get O2 to make the link to your phone.
Good luck.

@Kassandra

You should have included a note in your package with your name, address and claim reference.

Did you post it or was it collected by courier?

If you posted it you should hopefully have put a return to name and address or sender on the reverse of the package.
