So I've been with O2 for about 7 years now, and I finally received some thanks for being with O2 in the form of an exclusive priority moment. The message I got says:
"Have a gift on us. It's our way of saying thanks for being with us for another year this month. Just open Priority Moments to choose your gift. Make sure you have the latest version. Terms apply."
To provide some context, I'm on iPhone 3GS running the latest iOS and of course I have the latest Priority Moments app. So I opened the app and was presented with the same message and the choice of either "Free large pizza for collection or delivery from Pizza Hut" or "£10 voucher off anything in store at Argos". I chose to save the Argos deal for later, only when I was i the store was I presented with the message "This moment has reached it's stock limit and is no longer available".
Now as I've been with O2 for so long and I've finally been given something for this only for it to be taken away, I feel insulted and very annoyed with O2. I tried to change to the other moment being offered, but the screen no longer appears meaning I cannot accept either and I'm stuck with nothing. I'm seriously irritated by this, and I've been considering changing carrier for a while now, and I hardly think this is a way to reward your long term customers and persuade them to stay.

I've tried searching for an email address but they don't seem to have one, I tried the live chat service but its always full. I'd rather not call them over the matter due to a number of reasons, so I'm a little stuck. I came here hoping there'd be someone who could help perhaps?

Many of these deals will be time limited so you have to be quick.

I tried to claim it on the day I got it and it still has 3 weeks on it, so I thought it might be an error. I'm going to try a live chat with someone so hopefully it'll get sorted. Thanks for the advice guys
