Put my phone down in M&S tonight while shopping someone lifted it I have all my stuff on and my contract and number is with this company what do I do

You need to report the loss to O2 asap Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

Informing the store (CCTV) and the Police is also a good idea to log it and get a crime number for any insurance you have.
