How to track an order that's being shipped to store

Apologies if I have posted this on the wrong place, I felt this was the best place to ask this but if it's in a different area please let me know.

I ordered a phone and some items to go to store and that pick up would be today, would they normally send me an email saying that they're at the store or would I have to call the store and ask?

@Themiller1997 I think you would normally get an email or text saying they are ready to collect but it will be best to call the store & check

You should have received a dispatch email yesterday if they were arriving today but you won’t get any tracking details.
Best you call the store with your ref number to check.

Bit weird as I haven't received anything since I ordered the phone on Tuesday evening. I will ring the store just to double check as after today they're closed until next Tuesday

Will Do, thanks for all your help. I have just received a call from a number that after a quick bit of googling seems to be one from O2. I'll give it a call in a minute and let you know if it is the store calling me.
