How to obtain a NanoSIM?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there,

I've been using an iPhone 3S on O2 PAYG for five years - great service.

Just received a new Samsung S7 Edge as a gift.  It's apparently unlocked and can be used with my existing number on O2.

However my existing MircoSIM doesn't fit my new phone.

What do I need to do to obtain a NanoSIM but KEEP my existing telephone number on O2 PAYG.

Thanks in advance.

Just pop into your o2  store. They will give you a free sim and swap your number over.  All done normally in 30 minutes.
