I have 2 phone
an IPhone SE and a IPhone 12
the se is connected to my mums account I know I’m 21 so I got myself an account and got the 12 Question is Can my Mum delete the SE account and number through the o2 app? kudos to those who can help

You need to call O2 to migrate the number from the SE contract to the 12.
This will cancel the SE contract and generate the final bill.
Your Mum will need to be on the call too as the number is her's and she needs to give permission.

It can't be done through the app unfortunately, probably to stop the irresponsible to just cancel without being aware of any monies owing
