It would seem to be time to sort out web pages that refer to Help at Hand?
Because it is still being offered I investigated with the intention of determining the costs involved before eMailing a link to a friend.
Good job I did dig deeper, the service has been withdrawn but the blurb continues to babble on pointlessly, unless wasing time is something O2 consider worthwhile?

It appears support is still available:
http://www.o2.co.uk/health/helpathand
I'm guessing there was little demand for this.

It's a shame, it was a good idea but little public interest to offset the cost.

I think maybe the service rental fees were a bit too high!

Help at Hand
As a customer of O2 Health's telecare solution, Help at Hand, we wanted to let you know that we, O2 Health, have taken the difficult decision to stop selling Help at Hand in the UK. O2 Health will also cease to provide the current Help at Hand support service as of 31 December 2013.
If you currently own/use a Help at Hand device, the support service will continue as usual until 31 December 2013, at which point it will be discontinued.
