I had an iphone 4s on loan for 12 months while i waited for the i phone 5 to come out. i returned it to the store in dec 2012, it was inspected by the store manager before they took it, and the quality was fine. after i left the store with my new phone, the old one got lost in transit. i was asked to pay for it. eventually they found it and said they would deal with it. now, 6 months down the line, i have a letter telling me i have to pay £65 for a scratched screen. ARE YOU HAVING A LAUGH!!! not on your nelly. and now, when i try to contact them regarding this, i have to sit on the phone for 45minutes with nothing buy crackling music. i think they aught to contact me with an appology especially as i have never used a different phone company ever!! loyalty means nothing anymore

Were you given any documentation from the manager ref the return of the handset or did you just hand it in !
You can complete an online complaint form here which i suggest you do so this does not esculate as a default on your credit file.
