I deactivated AutoEnrol for DisneyPlus when I joined 02, but I’ve been billed £4.54 for the period from the period 18 July (end of my free 3- months of DisneyPlus) to 5 August (next billing date)

That means Disney have billed o2 for that time frame, best thing to do is contact both of them  via disneyplus.com and o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
