Extra £100 recycling offer

Hey wondering if anyone can help i bought the Samsung galaxy note20 and there's an offer for an extra £100 to recycle old phone, got through all the details, it says to quote order number which I gather you put in the promo code box as nowhere else to add it and just says invalid, has anyone completed this and can help please 🙂

It's your o2 order number that you need to enter.  You put it in where it's asking for the voucher code. If you can't see that, try logging out and back into www.o2recycle.co.uk  Let me know if it works.

I have tried multiple times and it didn't work so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

I wonder if it's because even though it should be live as of today, it hasn't actually launched?  I'd give o2 a call via 202, ( when you get through, select the upgrade option ) and tell them your difficulties.
