Hi. I recently had to move over to o2 from Virgin mobile. i was offered 3 months free Disney+, which I just started. However, I have been billed for it this month. There is also no way to cancel it. I can't get through to a human being tpo talk about this matter. 1 hour waiting time on the phone.
How do I get a rebate and also get it cancelled?
