Andorra

I'm going to Andorra for a week on Sunday. I have a pay monthly account.

I've spoken to someone at O2 who told me that Andorra isn't covered under European Roaming. But, also isn't covered by the "International bolt On".

This means I'd be paying £3pm for calls in or out. And a huge price for data. 

Does anyone have any experience of this? i.e. is there nothing I can do, other than turn the phone off and only use on wifi?

I found a few threads on it. But, they are quite old, so perhaps the info isn't up to date. eg:
