Disney+ Redeemed but says subscribed

So I accepted the Disney+ offer, redeemed the code (supposedly) however upon logging in today, Disney+ says I need to subscribe?

 

Anyone having this issue?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

Here is a link to the help and support page. You will find how to redeem your extra.

However, if it's saying you are already subscribed, does it work? If not you need to contact O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Then you need to call O2 @sh3rvin  as I said above.

Which option do I need to use? Unfortunately I ring them after I finish work and none of the options apply to this extra?
