So I accepted the Disney+ offer, redeemed the code (supposedly) however upon logging in today, Disney+ says I need to subscribe?
Anyone having this issue?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

Which option do I need to use? Unfortunately I ring them after I finish work and none of the options apply to this extra?
