Is there is possible finding a phone number where to ring and talk to a person? How do you contacting a O2 advisor or customer service?

The phone number is 0344 809 0202 from a non-o2 phone or 202 from an o2 phone..

You are best calling at 8am when the Call Centres open.

For Info - All numbers can be found in the link at the bottom of every page on the o2 site https://o2.co.uk/contactus

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
