I have an 02 contract paid monthly which includes free calls and free texts. I'm going to Greece on holiday and asked the 02 shop in Briggate, Leeds about roaming charges for calls and texts, I was told I need to pay extra yet the 02 website says I won't. What's the correct answer ?

The Briggate shop are I am afraid to say is known for talking garbage, and have been for a long time.

Just make sure you connect to a Greek network as your phone will sometimes latch on to a Turkish network depending on your location and this will incur extra charges Guide: Roaming in Turkey and Cyprus
