Compensation for wait times and why I'm leaving. So should you

Records:

Called yesterday: 15 minutes and no one picked up
Called again: Yet another 10 minutes
Web chat: 10 minutes before anyone responded then immediately disconnected.
Called today: 15 minutes on hold still no answer

 

How do I get compensation for a company that is charging its users to call in?! On top of this, having been with them for over 8 years, they do not even offer any deals on their products.

I have had enough of O2

EDIT: I would like to point out that I have to call from a Landline because there is no signal in my area. I have, for the past couple of years living in this new place been unable to receive and make calls from my mobile phone

Someone please explain to me why for the last two years over 1 million extra folks have signed up to o2 each year?

Until those numbers start to go into reverse Ronan Dunne must be so proud.

Poor @Anonymous must be pulling his hair out by now.

Tried calling bakc but heard a "More than an hours wait to get a customer rep, we close at 6 and may not be able to answer your call" LOL

time wasted over 3 hours.

 

No matter what it takes, I am getting a reimbursement in some form because this is ridiculous and can't happen again.

Please all of you, if you have twitter, retweet/favourite because if this happens to me, it will happen to others.

Apparently o2 shut at 18.00 in case anyone missed that.

Heaven help the agent that gets his call tomorrow. I would ring up at 8am if you can, surely the queue couldn't be long first thing.

so after all this, not even an answer haha. Well thanks for everyone for attempting to keep me on. I honestly don't understand why you would continue to persuade others after this.

If you are, then you're clearly working for them. 

Will keep you all updated on this ridiculous situation.

I would like to hear from Rosadosc though, any input?
