My longest for o2 was one hour 20 minutes but that was eclipsed by Vodafone who on one occasion took one hour 50 minutes before I got to speak to someone. That was why i left. ....

@MI5 @jonsie 23 mins is shocking. When did it get so bad? I guess this is what they mean by bemoredog haha. They want their customers to stop being treated like people.

@Anonymous They all suck and we need to kick up a fuss. This can't keep happening

Absolutely agree my friend. But sadly more and more companies are moving towards self help online instead of giving us well trained uk based call centres where we can speak to a helpful advisor who takes pride in their work and seeks a great outcome for their customer. ......

I'm PAYG so use 4445.

 

Longest I've been on hold was 6 minutes approximately.

That said I do kick up a fuss. The regulars on here will recall that I had a big fight with o2 a year ago due to dreadful signal and poor CS.

The outcomes I am limited in sharing on here specifically but a replacement handset and large discounts were involved.
