Click and Collect Next Day?

Hi all

 

I ordered a oneplus 5 last night, when I checked my local store it said it would be available for click and collect today.  I paid for the phone  (pay as you go) and have been awaiting notification today to say I can collect the handset.  I've received nothing so far and just a bit concerned that the website would say I could collect the phone today if this was not actually the case.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Will it be a case of having to wait until the next working day?  My order confirmation specifically says to collect on 15 July though!

It could possibly be out of stock as the website doesn't show a live stock level.
The only way to find out for sure what is happening is to call customer services who will have more info than you have http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
