Claming free Ear buds

Hello guys totally new to O2 really finding it difficult to clame free ear buds anybody got any tips?I am not so Tec savvy

You should have a Samsung Members app pre-installed on your device, if you sign in to this app, you should see the reward and a form you need to fill in.
