Can't connect to online chat

after several hours of trying i still cant connect to online chat... is anyone else having the same issue? They cant still be checking to see if there is an available agent ?!!?!?!?

Sorry to hear about the issues with chat. We have experienced  few access issues throughout the week. @MI5 here is amazingly knowledgeable though, so ask him any questions you have and hopefully, he can offer some advice slight_smile

It's been off and on since Sunday.
Came back yesterday afternoon but gone down again today for me.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
