@TheresaV @O2Lisa I hope I've tagged the right people - I think you helped someone else.
I've added Disney plus as an we extra on my account. It says I need to activate it but when I try to follow the link they provide I get an error code. I can't get hold of anyone on the chat function. Can anyone help please?

Hello,
On joining I2 I activated my1 month free Disney + extra on 30 Dec, and although it shows as activated on My O2 and App, and opened a Disney account, when I try to log into Disney + I am asked to complete my subscription by paying! I have called O2 support, I was told it is activated and they can’t help and to go to an O2 shop, I did that but the couldn’t help and said there is information saying Disney doesn’t have the capacity or such. I haven’t been able to find an email address for O2 Customer Services! Can you please help me or guid as to what to do. The Disney + submission is running down and I haven’t em been to use it at all!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
