Smashed screen and beyond use no idea how i can speak to somebody to claim from my insurance i got instore when i got the phone?

I cam to ask the same question but you can't contact customer services currently. They are only accepting new insurance claims for lost or stolen phones, for damaged phones you are being directed to the website/MyO2, which then advices you to contact Customer Services on 202!!
We are curretnly being sent round in circles!!
