Hi !
Been waiting since 9AM on the Waiting room to get tickets and the system is very slow.
Just scared that the same problem as the one raised earlier with Michael Buble will bounce back.
Does anyone experience the same problem here ?

What a waste of 2 mornings of my life! I am disabled so ideally needed disabled (non wheelchair seats) but had myself in the waiting room as well incase all else failed... both days. No luck online or on the disabled phone line. Got through for tickets once in 2 days from the waiting room then crashed before could purchase any tickets. Rang constantly and I mean 350 calls this morning kept saying busy try again. Finally got through ay 10.15 as all sold out yesterday by time got through. Thought great not to late should get some. Went through options then just rang and rang. Thought it was weird when my sister finally got through too (shes disabled as well) but her ring was different had messages whilst waiting saying thank you for waiting etc. She finally got answered half an hour later and had just sold out! I would have got some as got connected much earlier than her, but something messed up somewhere and it just rang to no one. Annoyed as missed out on tickets when they had some left and used up 60 free minutes calling o2 how ironic. Used up all my free minutes for a balls up to which I wasnt even connected to a queue! So it will cost me a fortune to try again tomorow not happy right now at all.

I would like to point out something, a phone call, Internet connection is unbiased on disability, creed or colour so please use some common sense when adding it to the conversation.
My second point for all the people complaining is that the tickets were sold out so the system obviously works.
My last point is that you will always get people who will work the system and purchase items for resale. This is not O2/Beyonce or AEG ( who owns the dome) fault it is a society issue. Lets not talk sociology here but the facts........
There were lots of people all trying to get a limited product in a extremely limited time period.
I have had google crash several times over the years but I still use them. According to some arguments here I should stop. Should I also stop using Sainsburys because there queues are large at the weekend?

Sorry forgot to ask.... How many of the people complaining about not getting tickets on this thread used wireless internet connection, multiple open browers and do not have the fastest broadband speeds?

Its all a ploy to panic buy! O2 priority?? if thats the case why did a lass I know buy tickets the day before off Beyonce's website? I think the people selling on ebay are no better than touts flogging face value of £55 for £200... its a disgrace
I had tickets sat in the basket.. just about to pay and i also got a error code... no more tickets after that as sold out was the flavour of the day:womanmad:
I think i'm going to get on with my life on saturday and i will not waste more time and stress trying to get tickets to a show i will be able to see for FREE on telly lol

Haha, just been offered comp tickets for Beyonce from my old friends at BMW who own a hospitatality box at the O2. That just goes to show that not all the tickets on Ebay are from Priority moments.

we was not in the same house we all live bout 5 miles from each other we wanted 5 tickets so we knew there would be big demand so we was hoping at least 1 of us would get thru and the difference is we wanted to go and see her not sell them for a profit so i dont think we done anything wrong
