Is there a way of cancelling my mobile phone insurance cover from within the 02 web site?

I believe its a problem with the site layout. When you type the response, such as "Thank you" the option to accept as solution is right there where you are typing so unfamiliar users see this and think "yes, that's solved it" and click the box....

That's a great point actually MI5. I'll look into how the button is displayed and see if we can alter it to emphasis the best use of it or at least review how to educate on it's use straight away.
