Hi !
Been waiting since 9AM on the Waiting room to get tickets and the system is very slow.
Just scared that the same problem as the one raised earlier with Michael Buble will bounce back.
Does anyone experience the same problem here ?

Feel sorry for you Leonard.
Seems you are the only one on here defending such a mammoth organisation as O2 for her disgraceful shambolic, amateurish attempt at selling tickets to O2 Priority customers for an event, being held at the O2.
What's also disgraceful is that nobody at O2 seems to get it, even you (or perhaps you're just towing the party line) that we O2 Priority Cusomers do appreciate and understand that there is high demand and there arent enough tickets for everyone. Stop telling us that FFS.
I am just a dad with a daughter who like thousands of other mums and dads daughters, sons, nephews and neices, uncles too probably, want to go and see Beyonce. What I find infuriating is for O2 to have a website that cant cope with thousands of people trying to use it at a set time on a set day.
Also, to set that date and time when we are all supposed to be working. To have to sit watching a computer screen doing nothing for up to two hours in vain. To see the same event tickets freely available on secondary ticket websites at grossly inflated prices ....
....and last but not least - to see nothing slightly resembling an official apology from O2 to her Priority customers for promising something she cant deliver and for wasting almost everybody's time.

Hi notlam,
Thanks for that detailed and constructive post.
I can really understand your frustration and I'm sorry that it's been such a bad experience for you. Although I don't have the answers, I will certainly try to find out.
What I've done so far is to try and explain the situation as best as possible and make sure all the information is available here as soon as I get it. I've also collected and summarized your feedback to make sure everyone is heard. Although that's not of much help to you now, it will certainly help improve the service going forward.
Although I wish there was, there's not much more I can do for now. However, as soon as there is more information, I'll let you know
Cheers,
Leonard

That's a good point as well, Adam. I'm not sure if that can be prevented though, but I'll definitely discuss it to see if there's anything we can do.
