Hi !
Been waiting since 9AM on the Waiting room to get tickets and the system is very slow.
Just scared that the same problem as the one raised earlier with Michael Buble will bounce back.
Does anyone experience the same problem here ?

I am back, I can not stand this anymore.
Lets look at the basic facts for all the ignorant 'I will be cancelling my contract bridgage'. O2 offers this as a benefit to there millions of customers. This leads me on to the numbers game nicely, which is that there are only a limited number of tickets availabe.
Lets say there are 500k tickets available across certain dates and there was 500k of fans wanting those tickets ( I am 100% certain that number of fans was at least double that) All those fans log on at the same time (500k to show the theory) and on average open two browser windows trying to get tickets. That means that 1 million attempts are being made for 500k of tickets.
Now lets refresh the thread and say I doubt 500k of tickets were for sale and I suspect there was more than 500k of fans trying to get those tickets added to that the stupidity of people having more than one browser open in its multiple formats means that there was probably 2-5 million browsers which to the ticket end means 2-5 million customers wanting tickets for less than 500k of actual tickets.
Also for the customers complaining about taking there business else where, you are aware the more pages you have open the slower your connection will become so you probably added to the fact you to not get through for the tickets.
One last thing, when you join Vodafone, T-mobile etc etc how will you come by these early released tickets.............. Good luck on hold with the ticket companies or online with Ticketmaster.

JUst found this in the t&c
• O2 or Ticketweb and TicketMaster reasonably believe that the purpose of the purchase is to enable commercial re-sale of the tickets.
http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/other-products-and-services/priority-ticket-offers
O2 should get all the real names of the ebay sellers from ebay and have all tickets sold to those people returned and those people excluded from either priority or being o2 customers.
O2 has a clause to do it perhaps leonard can pass this on and get the team to contact ebay and all the other ticket outlets with them

Seems like it unfortunately.....I mean surely I should have been offered something by now? Is it not first come first served in the waiting room??????
