Hello, I am trying to activate my amazon prime extra, but it will not activate. I realise now I have to cancel my current subscription, which I have and then activate the extra when it runs out. My subscription finishes in 10 days the 3rd Sept but I only have 7 days left to activate the extra, can you help please?

You need to get in touch with customer services:

Either call 202 from a pay monthly phone, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.

If your phone is not working, then use Skype and call 0800 902 0217.

Contact Amazon and they will end your current subscription immediately allowing you to activate the free one.
