AirPods Order Refund

To whom it may concern,

I am having huge difficulty to receive my refund from O2 after they cancelled my order for apple airpods.

It is been 9 days since the order was canclled and still I was not able to get my money back.

Can anyone suggest me what further actions shoud I do?

You can contact O2 or raise a complaint here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Try Resolver from the complaints link.

thank you for your reply. I did speak with my bank and they told me they have nothing to do in regards to the refund process of the o2.
Once they receive the refund they will proceed immediately to put it in my account.

It can take 2 or 3 weeks but making a complaint if you get no luck from CS can speed up the process.
