Despite all of the 'it depends what O2 says on the box' comments.....I would say the OP was obviously expecting headphones to be supplied with the phone.... otherwise they wouldn't have posted.

Maybe it's just me but whatever the he'll o2 say is in the box I want what the manufacturer stipulates is in the box. Who the hell are o2 to decide what I as a customer should actually expect or receive.....

it isn't just you @jonsie I feel exactly the same. If I bought a car which the manufacturer advertised as having luxury mats inside....I would not expect the seller to have removed them......
