Hi I'm just wondering if I have free accidental damage and breakdown cover on my account- does this mean I can have my phone screen fixed?

The free screen replacement is a relatively new scheme so unless you have bought a new flagship phone recently you won't be covered. How long have you had the phone? Do you have normal phone insurance?

It won’t be free cover unless you have o2 insure on your account & most screen damages are chargeable
