Hi,

I was thinking about changing to the £5 a month big bundle, my issue is, when i top up the £10 as its the minimum you can top up, lets say the credit is gone within a week, do you still get your next allowance as you have paid for 2 months in advance, also why is this monthly and not every 2 months based on the minimum top up.

i am on a really old tariff and im stuck in my ways, can i still top up over the phone.

any pros or cons, or any advice.

thanks

If you don't use data it's a good option, but data use will take the left over credit in no time at all.

If you still have the credit available, the next renewal will come from the credit, but if it's gone, you'll need another £10 top up.

You can continue to top up the same way you do now.

The £5 tariff gives you unlimited calls and texts but no data and you are required to pay £5 per month for those allowances.
