Is this Airmiles or Airtime rewards? I know little about the first but the second I use

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Lorna1234567891

You don't have to pay anything.

When you shop you get points which is converted into money.

When you have money in your airmiles account, you can redeem it against your O2 phone bill.

The minimum you can redeem is £5 which will be taken off your phone bill.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's £10 now @MI5 - at least, that's the minimum I can do.
