Switch to data and it works fine

It's possible there is a problem with Microsoft servers. Try signing into your account on your PC or re-entering the password on your phone.

Is this possibly a security issue and you are being prevented from accessing the store on an open network.

Do you get the same with 'The Cloud' hotspots?

iPhone 14 Pro (O2 ), S23U (EE), iPad Pro LTE (EE), .

Just in case a few of you don’t know

You do need to sign up for an account to use 02 WiFi, then it’s just a matter of signing in.

1, using a mobile device, connect to a 02 wifi hot spot, you will be redirected to the sign up.
Or
2, Using your home network, visit https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/ with your PC etc and set up an account, this will then be ready for use when out and about.

3, If you now have an account, using your mobile device(first time), you now have to login
4, Once you have logged in using your mobile device, it won’t ask you again and will automatically connect to any 02 hotspot anywhere.

5, visit your account online, it will list any devices that has accessed 02 wifi

I had already signed up, and just needed to log in on first use with my mobile phone. It works just fine with browsing etc..

"It's possible there is a problem with Microsoft servers. Try signing into your account on your PC or re-entering the password on your phone."

I’m out mobile, not using a PC, I’m using a Windows 8 Phone(Firmwear Amber),Nokia Lumia, the Microsoft account is setup when you first get the phone, it backs up your contacts, apps, text messages… EVERYTHING to Microsoft. All working 100% At home all works via wifi, including Xbox games slight_smile

"The Cloud ?"
Never used it, it’s a sky system isn’t it?

You could be right, I do know when I use 3G it works just fine. First try to update an app, Will do some further tests, perhaps access Xbox live slight_smile

Not recommended though unless it's password protected or you have a VPN on your device.

The Cloud Wi-Fi is free to use:

If you're in an area where only The Cloud is there you wouldn't use it?

I do understand wi-fi banking and have used it since it started.
