I use a windows phone, it lets me know when there are any updates to any apps. However while connected to 02 wifi it wont let me update the app.

 

Miscrosoft account not available

 

Switch to data and it works fine

 

Why is this?

The 02 wifi you see today is NOT the same as it was, previously you may have had unlimited wifi in your pay monthly, or a bolt on for pay&go, before you could use it. Now you don't need anything, and dont need to be with 02
