Has anybody received the code to claim ear buds for a £1 ?It's been over 30 days since I placed my order and still haven't received the code, I've contacted O2 and I've been told twice I will receive the code within 48 hours...still waiting!!

I cannot find anyone on customer services to help. I cancelled a sim only deal with a given time period. I then received an email a month later about a bill for the full amount on the contract. I rang O2 immediately and they agreed it was not correct...
